Oh how fun to see them growing up so fast. Looks like a good place for practice and perching. Don't like the looks of those spikes though. They were all piled up in that one spot for a bit two up and two down. Of course everybody wants to flap at the same tim.

Sky, I am not having any issues. Ljames, I am looking at those "spikes" as a safety net in case one of them starts sliding off the way that part slopes. :teehee:

(as long as they don't get talons caught in them)

Reminds me of Dorothy's last chick (Pittsburgh). He had physical disabilities. He got on his back and Dorothy flipped him over.

Not that I want anybody else to have cam issues, too...but, mine are terrible...especially the DVR!!

A good way to feed. #4 was not interested and popped up later.

he jumped up on the side..and disappeared. for a second there, I thought "man overboard", then a beak appeared. Since it is so jerky, he was there 1 second and gone the next...thankfully, he reappeared each time.

I'm guessing lots of flapping but I only got this frame.

This Dude's gonna be the first to go.

He made his way outta cam view...then bam...reappeared here...needless to say, I'm sure there was something in between, but the jerkiness prevented me from getting it.

It would not surprise me if this male fledged within the next day or 2 and he's been pretty careless, so he could even go today. We've seen fledglings with more fluff than this dude.

I do not know which one this is, but he almost went off backwards....somehow, he managed to hold on and get back up.

as of 9:24 am, I believe all 4 are still up there. thank goodness for the DVR as I have to leave.
