Spirit is sure patient. I hoe; they do not leave the eggs or hatching chicks at any time , with Polly around .

I thought she was very fidgety today also.

Nice video. that Polly does make you smile,though.

Nice shot, SGB. That video of Polly & Spirit just amazes me. Spirit has so much patience. I could not believe Polly was biting her mother each time she tried to lay on the eggs. :o

SusanE, indeed Polly seems to be aggressive enough with Spirit, I really wonder how this will go on.. After leaving Spirit returned and took back her place bravely, but she really seemed to be feared of screaming Polly, who kept her up for a long while.
But eventhough Polly is such a cute little big one :girlluv:

I just managed to add the sound to our livestream! :-) It's totally out of sync (sound is a few seconds late) and a little weird because there is interference but it's better than nothing... !

A friend of mine captured these earlier - there's a white spot on one egg, could be a pip ... hard to tell !
