On July 10 one day after the two young females succeeded to go back to the nest level a young male peregrine from another (unidentified) nest tried to get a part of their meal! The two adults were flying around but did not chase the intruder. After the meal one of the resident juveniles flew with the intruder and an adult, after what the intruder disappeared.
This happened during a live streaming from the ground by Eve Belisle: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YYV3M1URnVo&t=1595s, roughly one hour after the beginning.
Some photos and a video are available in this Facebook publication https://www.facebook.com/fauconsudem/posts/3311509715566634?__xts__%5B0%5D=68.ARDM9R56chrJxkyoAkC1qiBOf7c8H9Lfq4dIIigE3C8Z_LK7kqSFm9jLdjA3pEA528Ax5JCPhWstkYPO10HSVtRjSCh4c3TAiLTptztrH9nhPlfmFvL1LtsdQWTl7gnpiboCXarweFrH_K29f6jcQc6_Yb6NOzkck5pB8zIINMGdxpZOplrvwZA08p45hkBmoUjWc9PyJkT49eJKZSAT9NFyYVZ3JfJx_K8M_NYc9ifa8GU54c8xZ0ZY8u2W0fd3GmBFNbUFLEESi3KD3mXOr4sJayFFhgafUnCmF2PWYJmEaao4jwqGfnF59eCu2acQt-0E05JuEwiSM1aO75jpIPB6Vg&__tn__=-R

we had this at our U o f A Edmonton 2015. a youngster was from our Weber ,not far away ( his mother was 2 years old and it was her fist nesting). His mother was born at U of A nest. About a week after fledging he turned up at our U of A nest, We had 2 young males there and Radisson tolerated him. He ended up staying there and radisson trained him along with hers. It was very fascinating for us .
I think the lure of the other youngsters to fly with, drew him in.( as he was the only one at WEber)

He is now nesting at our Bell nest site Edmonton. adults can be very tolerant of other youngsters, if they still have theirs around. hope htis helps.
