The falcons were transported to the birds of prey clinic this morning. Unfortunately one of the three had died at daybreak. The other two are alive, but infested with parasites, much like fleas, which feed on blood and therefore cause anemia. They will be treated and fed, and we cross our fingers for a return to the nest as quickly as possible.

Good news, the falcons have just returned to the nest! They were stripped of their parasites and fed. One of the babies was also identified with a blue mark, to easily differentiate them and better follow their evolution. Eve was very "happy" to see them again, and as of this writing they are already fed. We will have to do another treatment tomorrow afternoon directly on the tower, and monitor the situation closely with the camera zoom. They are not out of the woods yet, we cross our fingers!
