Emyrauld alerted me to cam up. I only checked first day cam was up. Trying not to get too involved but looks like our banded male from last year.
Their cam must be-a bit stronger, as we could never get a full read but had our suspicions

Going to look up my bands from Alberta

But yesterday male came to box with prey and left and then someone was on roof of box

Same male was in box overnight and left around 6:30am . Looks good and more balked up.

Did not come in box last night. Never saw anyone after he left box in morning. I think he is flying around looking for a mate. They are late this year. If any made it before storms in StAtes, a very few. None at any of our main sites, so far. Maybe this weekend. This has always been an early nest, as well as Bell.
But won’t be this year

One male came in after 10am this morning and I think our male from last year. Pictures later. Sounded like him and went to side fence as per normal . We shall see

Young male in for short visit. He has been calling last 2days and a banded female turned up on roof this morning

Will try and get band
The male at beginning of season appears to B34 - born 2018 at Miscercordia( father D01; who lost nest at Weber but came here: mother, no bands)
He was hacked at Pembina
Will see if this male there now, but I think our resident male is there now
