Oh yeah! Really glad they've added the extra views for hatch time.

They've always had the three cameras. I think the camera quality is much better than in previous years. Here is a screen capture of the pair:

I don't know if I'll go down on Saturday. Jersey City is quiet, too. Riverside Church is closer and it's easier to see the male. I don't know where Rocky hangs out. Guess I haven't been down enough to find out. He's not choosing either of the other two male locations.

Plus, I have my local red tail hawks' nest that apparently has the first chick.

I was on the Half Moon Ship Replica last weekend and it's raining now. If the weather is OK, I'll go down early Sunday and take some pics with my new lens. But it is hard to just sit there when I know there won't be much flying.

2010 Peregrine Falcons (posted on March 19, 2010)

Welcome back everyone! It is that time of year again for us to become fascinated
with the 55 Water Street Peregrine Falcons. So far this year we have seen 3 eggs.
The first egg was laid on March 15, the second on March 17th and the
third this morning. We are expecting to have the webcam up and running next week.
Stay tuned for future updates. Have a great weekend everyone!!

And a person on Rochester falcon cam saw a third hatch! Unbelievable! Three hatches in one day. Guess I'm down there this weekend for sure. They will be busy falcon parents for the next few weeks.
