Checked in off and on and never saw anyone later in the afternoon. Glad to know Lil Dad was on the steeple :smile:

Just got back from watching Reenie get her tattoo. The picture of Mom is beautiful, but how could it not be? Reenie said it feels like a brush burn. It is SO real looking, and the gal who did it did a fantastic job. I'll be having mine done in January.

I'm also glad to hear that Lil Dad was finally back on the steeple. It was very enjoyable to go to the parking garage to see him & Mom & have one perched so close on the steeple! :flirty:

Now I'm just seeing Jane's post that Reenie has her tattoo & that it turned out great--so glad to hear it! :smile:

WELL, HERE IT IS. IT'S SORE AND STILL BLEEDING SOME AND THE WHITE WILL SHOW UP BETTER WHEN IT HEALS. MAY HAVE TO GET SOME MORE WHITE PUT ON IF NOT WHITE ENOUGH FOR ME. ALSO, THE YELLOW ON THE BEAK AND AROUND THE EYE ISN'T SHOWING TOO GOOD IN THIS PICTURE FOR SOME REASON. I COULDN'T HAVE DONE IT FOR JUST ANYBODY OR ANYTHING YOU KNOW.........

Well to do it justice, i had to take the liberty of trying to correct for the temperature of the light and came up with the second version. Normally, i dont like to tweek the gems of others but with such great ink art i couldnt resist

Oh My Goodness Reenie! It IS beautiful! Love it. If I was younger I might have done it too. Good luck Jane on yours. She did a beautiful job on a beautiful subject. Hope you heal quickly.

I have been so busy these days, I really appreciate all the pictures from everyone. Thanks Reenie for answering about the scrape. I'm sure glad Christmas doesn't come in March and April LOL! Almost all done decorating. Gotta go, Happy Day to All!

You know, I have been thinking about getting one myself. I'd like to use the picture of Scout, the one that is crowning my forum.
Hmmmmmmmmmm, maybe I'll go through with it. All my children have (small) tattoos as well. So I could say it is a family tradition . . . :lol:
