Thanks for the link to the Fargo nest, SGB--I don't remember seeing this one before. Unfortunately, you can only view the live cam with IE.

Looks like something might be going on at Fargo, too!

Image

This is nice--I didn't realize you could make it larger! Click the cam number on the left side of the screen & it brings up only that cam (in larger size)!

NEWS FLASH about Fargo...it is live and streaming (well almost)...I found a different link:

Click on "live Camera" it will ask you to install an ActiveX (I think)....username is Guest...no password...

I didn't realize that you had gotten a pic of Fargo, too, SGB--nice catch. Any idea what kind of bird that is--it doesn't look like one we get around here...

The Fargo live cam is not working for me. I get to the log-in page, allow the Active-X element to be installed, type the username and click on "Login" but nothing happens after that. Tried it now for several days and am giving up on it.

The same thing happens to me, DEF, so I'm just hoping that by the time there is any action there, they will have worked out the bugs.

I had forgotten that you had to use IE, but I tried that & still had nothing happen after entering the login info. I'm not too worried about it yet since nothing is happening yet, but I will keep trying. But you're certainly right about our computers being a mystery--why do certain cams work fine on some computers & not others if we're trying the same things?
:?

How about this....why does it work one day and not the next...example, Shepherdstown and Mulheim now crash my IE..when I used to be able to get them just fine...I give up trying to figure out computers!!!

Oh, good, so we have 2 peregrines at Fargo now! :thumbegg: :easterbask:

Great catches, Kittenface! That Fargo peregrine is soooo cute!

I think that pijun abandoned her eggs--when I've checked the cam the past few days, they've been unattended...
