Bird Cams Around the World

Bev, the falcons in Richmond like nesting in the vents of a building near their box. The eggs fall out, and that's how the biologists know they tried. I was downtown keeping an eye on it this year, and they hung out there again before nesting in the box. It must be the overhang that draws them? I don't really know, but I think they really don't like the box or its location. The Richmond pair has a history of trying in other locations before they finally use the box. I still think it was worth a try, and glad they did. Fostering is a really good thing if it works.
