I knew someone wasn't right here, just like Gulf...Mom falcons don't leave their
egg/eggs uncovered for that long.

I wouldn't give up on this egg, cause she's incubating it now & I remember it being incubated last night or the night before. My concern was--why aren't there more eggs now?

It is quite possible that the resident falcons are still there, together. Today we saw a male and a female, a prey transfer and the male on the egg.
A likely scenario could be that there has been an intruding male for a couple of days that challenged "Moenen" and lost the battle.
All seems rather normal now, a new male would not sit on the egg I think. So maybe, now that the dust has settled, this pair gets back to business and even produce some more eggs.
The egg could still be viable, it hasn't been that cold and every now and then the female has covered it a bit, keeping it on the right temperature I hope.
