that does look like another piece of quail but then it could have been under one of them

They just are not crying out. I have to phone at dark and I want it to be a good call

I've been watching the cam all along, but I have to work tomorrow, so I have to go to bed. Was hoping to go to bed knowing that these little ones had a new mom & dad, but maybe tomorrow.

I'm not sure that we want them to yell, because that would attract hawks, too.

Me too! Seeing the sleepy chicks is making me sleepy, so I guess it's time for me to turn in.

I'm so hoping that we'll see an adoptive set of falcon parents in the nest first thing tomorrow morning. That would sure make my day!

Mine too. I am here till cam is off.

the I have to make a call.
I keep hoping to see a late night visit.
this must be unnerving for these 3. they were in way different conditions

at the breeders.
It s supposed to get to 7C tonight and then high of 19 tomorrow with thunder showers

Just checking back in...its midnight here...kids are huddled together..but stirring...oops...one is up and moving...they have just been so calm...I wonder where the adults are...I would like to think the are where they can see the kids and are just trying to sort all this out...

I'm sure they've gotta be hungry...I hope they are letting out little baby sounds..

a lot of quick movements. They are always looking out. I wonder if they hear something
eyes look scared at times, but that is jsut me putting my emotions into it.

Thanks Bev...I'll get right on it first thing in the morning...I really don't think they could be very hungry or they would be trying to tear the quail apart...

also, I'm pretty sure the cam has stopped...
