OK - I finally got thru to Catherine in PR & GUESS WHAT!? - they had to cancel the banding today due to very high winds making the operation of the crane unsafe!

and the banding has been rescheduled for same time tomorrow!

something MUST be going on. Normally I dont recall them being so upright and alert for this long a time period. At least one of them always seems to be plopped as a flatlet in the scrape while the others are up

Thats what I was thinking maybe they started and then figured the wind was to bad and all the noise was bothering them
