Just heard a canoodle at Vauxhall--sounded a little different from Mom & Lil Dad in Harrisburg, but there's no mistaking it. Let's see some eggs here! :thumbegg:

Someone has been spending the night at least the past few nights in the Vauxhall nest. I'm going to set up a new topic for this nest under United Kingdom!

The only thing I don't like about this box is those pipes or whatever interfere with the view. They probably put the box where the pair laid eggs last year, but maybe they'll move it next year...

This seems to be a different peregrine than I've been seeing--tall & slender. So hard to identify the male & female when you can't get a good look at them...

I know that 2 are hanging around here cause I've heard some canoodling & also heard them talking to each other just after dark there yesterday. I think the male sleeps nearby to keep the female company.

I was wondering why somebody is staying on the egg since there is only one egg. Now I can see that its raining cause I see & hear water dripping down. They are apparently just trying to keep the egg dry...

The sound is great! You'll hear plenty of sirens like Harrisburg, but instead of trains, you'll hear lots of jets! Most importantly, you can tell by the sound that one of them is flying in for a landing & hear them talking to each other, & even canoodling!
