Guess who's on the ledge! He had an altercation with a parent by the scrape, but the cam view changed before I could capture it, then came running down here.

A BIG THANK YOU to Jane,& Sue on the ground and Reenie and Nancy on the screen! LO was just on the ledge. Had his beak open from the heat. He is HOT! On the shield now.Hopping all around. Wonderful how He is flying. Your so right about "labor of love". Makes our life so full. What joy to see that soaring and flying. Jane and Sue , thanks for the reports from yesterday.

No, don't think that is a bird in the scrape. Just a shadow. Looks like NG by the column. Or is that LO? I give up. LOL

LIL ONE AND LIL DAD BOTH CAME IN ON THE LEDGE IN FIRST VIDEO. SECOND VIDEO, LIL ONE ON THE LEDGE AND AT 14:21, YOU CAN SEE NG AND LIL ONE FLYING OVER BY THE UNIV.

NG AND LIL ONE WERE OUT FLYING AROUND TOGETHER. SOARING AND LIL ONE USING HIS WINGS AND GOING REALLY HIGH UP AND OUT PAST THE POST OFFICE DOWN MARKET ST. THEY WERE DIVE BOMBING EACH OTHER TOO AND PLAYING. NG LANDED ON THE FRONT CORNER OF 333 AND LIL ONE ON THE BACK AND AT ONE POINT, LIL ONE KNOCKED NG OFF THE CORNER! BOY, HE MUST HAVE WATCHED HER DO THAT TO LIL DAD ALOT LIKE I DID, LOL!

Jane must really be enjoying the flight display! So glad NG is playing with LO since he doesn't have siblings to do that with.

NG JUST CAME IN, LIL DAD WAS AT THE BACK DOOR LOOKING IN SCRAPE. SHE IS TALKING UP A STORM! MUST BE TELLING HIM EVERYTHING HER AND LIL ONE DID! SOMETIMES SHE GETS LOUDER, MAYBE SHE THINKS LIL DAD ISN'T LISTENING? LOL!

I think I'm hearing a long bonding session between NG & Lil Dad, but I can't see them. Maybe they're on the balcony railing? All I can see is LO by the scrape. I lightened the scrape & couldn't see anyone in there. Maybe Jane can fill us in on that.

Can see what you've posted before I post this, Reenie. OK, that explains what I'm hearing. I did hear LO arrive at 11:50 though.

I guess I missed NG flying down. I lightened a pic of the scrape & can see one falcon in there--Lil Dad, I guess. Could be someone else in there, but I can't see them.

Any idea where LO is now?

It seems like LO just needs to learn how to knock down his own food and prepare it for dining. The flying skills seem to be coming naturally, and he is obviously having a very good time with that. I wonder if his Mother realizes what a handfull she was relieved of when the rest of the eggs didn't hatch?! I hope she finds out next year. Dad is such a good father, I'll also hope she allows him to help as much as he would like to! Talk about being proprietary about your offspring - she's a champion!
