I love reading that the Calgary folks keep giving Allie more chances. She may well end up being one of the strongest of all. :girlluv:

I do think they need to keep Allie a few days to get her stronger.

Saying this I am praying my females at Clinical behave.

Red deer
that platform is huge so they have lots of places to go off cam.
but if Bell falocns fledged then these ones may have .

Love the updates on Bert and Allie, and the pics are wonderful!

Haven't seen the juvies this evening; yesterday evening, a parent stopped by for about one second:

Hi Bev...according to chat, they both have fledged and Tiny has made it back to the tower...of course, that info was early afternoon...so they both may have made it back...I could hear them, just never saw them on cam..

Milton and Truss's daughter was banded yesterday!

Wonderful news! I nominate Milton for Comeback Tiercel of the Year. He has been through so much; many months in rehab after his very severe injuries last year, then after being released, having to deal with Jack, who had taken over Milton's nest site and his mate. He showed a great deal of courage in dealing with all these setbacks.

I am so glad that he found a new mate and a new nest site, and has a beautiful big chick!

Another update has been posted on the CPF site, with photos from the banding:

Found this and thought it was a very nice article

Peregrine power sweeps coal plant
Once criticized for emitting greenhouse gases, the Nanticoke coal-fired generating station is now at the forefront of helping to restore nature.

In late May, it became home to three baby peregrine falcons that are nesting in the knuckle where two giant I-beams meet on the outside of the building.

Polly and Algo, daughter and son of Spirit and Roger, are living under the Turcot bridge in Montreal now.
They had 2 different naturel nests there, unfortunately with broken eggs.
By now a lot of men are working on the bridge but Polly and Algo are staying, they don't seem to bother.

These fotographs are made by Richard Dupuis on July 14.
