NIECEY IS ON THE CAM PERCH, LIL DAD IS ON THE WINDOWSILL, HE JUST FINISHED EATING OVER THERE A BIT AGO. NIECEY WAS ALSO IN THE SCRAPE EARLIER TOO, BUT FLEW OFF AND LANDED ON THE CAM. LIL DAD CALLED OUT TO HER WHEN HE SAW HER FLYING AROUND. LIL DAD IS SO CUTE SITTING THERE ON THAT WINDOWSILL! :girlluv:

LIL DAD'S BEEN GONE FOR A WHILE NOW, BUT NIECEY IS STILL ON THE POINT AND THAT VIEW GOT ALL BLURRY AGAIN :-(

Did a quick web check before getting away from the computer for a while. No falcons in view when I first tuned in, but watched Niecey fly in and land on the cam where she's now perched. She really sits close to the building sometimes.

7/17/2012 :: Update From the Ledge
Both of the adults have been at the ledge. This is a firm indication that the fledglings have dispersed from the area. The new female has been laying and rotating in the scrape. This behavior seems to be practice for the next nesting season which will get underway early in February of 2013.

A female peregrine from the 2009 Rachel Carson Building nest has been found breeding successfully in Bethlehem, PA.

WORD IS IT'S BLUE GIRL FROM 2009 AND AS FAR AS THE ARTICLE, IT WAS ONE OF HER 4 JUVIES FROM THIS YEAR :-)

YEAH BLUE GIRL! AND GREEN GIRL 2009 IN CLEVELAND OH :-)

2009 WAS A GOOD YEAR FOR THESE TWO GIRLS :sum10:

I need to digest this information a bit. The article says the mother at the power plant is from Massachusetts. At one time there was a web cam on the PPL Building in Allentown, but don't know if it's stll active. I can remember something about those falcons relocating to a bridge. This all gets very complicated.
