Oh my word, I'm gonna have to start getting up earlier. All the action this morning. Thanks so much to all those involved in the rescue. Poor little darling just sitting there. I thought they had just kinda dumped them out the door from the crate before, but maybe the others had fledged already when that happened. He sure was precious sitting in that carrier. :loveheart2:

Had to run an errand. Thanks to everyone for the updates, and my what a handsome little guy. Seeing him this close is wonderful. When they are on the ledge you can't really see just how handsome they are. :loveshow:

Lil Dad keeps looking at Blue and then at the window. He knows something isn't right.

Thanks for all the reports from last night and this morning. What a surprise for you to find on your way in to work, Reenie! I'm glad Red Boy is okay and has been found to be healthy. That is excellent news!

Loved the picture of him sitting in Sue's carrier!

Heida, I really think that the juvenile peregrine falcon is almost the most beautiful thing there is! Such lovely coloring, such bright eyes with so much potential and such curiosity shining from them, their fresh feathers all new and unweathered, their whole bearing speaking of the incipient transition from helpless infant to top order predator. I cannot look at a juvie without being overcome with awe at how fast they grow up and the majestic being they are about to become.

I posted yesterday about them still having their mohawks, yet from the looks of Red that will be gone soon.

I agree with you Lori Lynn- Reenie you are indeed the juvie's guardian angel! thank you for being there; I just can't imagine what you were going through when you found Red - OMG would be exactly what I would have squealed. I wish I could thank the kind lady who helped you and the other person who stayed with you. To be so close to such beautiful creatures too - sometimes I picture myself coming across a juvie after he or she has flown - here in Columbus there is another failed nest - makes me miss Scout and Orville even more. I am so excited that Spark is here - S & O lives on!!

CHECKED IN TO SEE LIL DAD ON THE LEDGE. HE RAN IN THE SCRAPE AND BLUE RIGHT AFTER HIM AND CHASED LIL DAD OUT THE BACK DOOR. LIL DAD FLEW TO THE CAM NOW AND BLUE IS SCREAMING AND FLAPPING ON THE STICK WITH SOME YUCKOVERS STUCK IN HIS TALON, LOL!

Reenie, very fitting and appropriate that you greeted Red this morning. . LOL. . and how wonderful for that lady to hang out and watch over him until you could get there!!!

I am so thankful to know that the preliminary report from WWC is that he looks very healthy.. what a relief. .Now, let's hope that Blue sticks to the ledge and that Red does the same when he is put back..

I was in the other room and heard alarm calls and came in to see the cam zoomed on Red.
