So Niecey was over on the steeple, huh? Boy, she is a fast learner, and obviously learns the perching spots from Lil Dad. There's a severe thunderstorm watch for our area until 9:00 this evening. Nasty storms are already happening well to the north of here. Don't like storms, but that's what will be needed to flush this humidity out of here.

Am experiencing major frustration right now. Cannot get the DEP web site at all on my computer, much less the cam. Anyone else having trouble? Getting a message that says the web site cannot be found. Even tried entering it manually, and nada. Tried one more time, and it's now OK. Seeing an empty ledge, though.

CAN'T BELIEVE THEY DIDN'T GET ANY RAIN THERE! WE GOT HIT HARD AND STREETS ARE REALLY COVERED.

I'm about to be gone for most of the day, but checking in I see someone on the camera (Dad?) and the early light shows virtual mounds of gravel in the scrape. Either someone dumped in more gravel, or there has been a major job of rearrangement in there!

Not a drop of rain at my place last night, but did notice how dark it was south of here around 7:30 last night. Noticed the "elbowsies" posture of Niecey last night. I've yet to see her lying in the scrape. A bit ago she was on the camera perch.

SHE'S IN THERE LAYING AGAIN, BUT ONLY AT THE FRONT OF THE SCRAPE, LOL! BETWEEN THIS AND STANDING ON HER ELBOWSIES, SHE HAS ALOT OF GROWING UP TO DO, SHE'S ACTING SO MUCH LIKE A JUVIE, LOL!

This is a comparison of Mom's and Niecey's size. I tried to get the building sizes as close as possible so that the bird sizes would be truly comparable.

Mom (8/29/09).......Mom (7/26/09).......Niecey (6/15/12).......Lil Dad (8/24/09)
