I do not see 4th egg and so now I am going to comment. I have been keeping this in. Unless there is a really small chick we cannot see, I was pretty sure I watched one hatch but did not make it. I was watching and watching, but it was hard to see . I do not report what I do not know for sure, but I think this happened. I did mention to Gord when I phoned him, that the view of cam is not so good and if it was right in box I could have seen for sure
Edit to add:
WE knew that hatches may not be perfect as R had to go into full incubation after first egg. this causes eggs to hatch out at different times , meaning different days. So we had one hatch a day. Not unexpected, and that is one reason we were watching so closely.( just one of many reasons)
AT most sites, 2 to 3 eggs will hatch on same day and last one next day. then chicks are not too far apart.Better chance of surviving.
Just looking at the cam and catching up on all the posts. I think the 4th egg is still there, just being covered by the eyasses. In your post reporting the 12:01PM feed you can see it.
I snapped a pic when R got off the chicks just a few minutes ago, and you can barely make it out. It's almost like it blends in with the gravel, plus I think the lighthing doesn't help. My picture is not as clear as yours, so I won't post it.
Anyway, 3 is great for them and very happy to hear that Chase is stepping up!
R just left the box, maybe to go get dinner (6:36PM).
ETA: Yep. Dinner just brought in. A nice big bird. Maybe a pigeon? Feed going on right now.
