Well we drove to Red Deer with blowing snow all the way there, while we were there and all the way home :egg14: :egg14:

We did stop at site for a bit but only saw one falcon in box. Hopefully can post pictures tonight. Just 2 . We waited as long as we could because we know you have to stay quite awhile to see anything, unless you hit it lucky. :egg17: :egg17:

but no sign of anyone else. Weather was nasty.

No sign of anything but pigeons at other site. Does not break my heart as I did not think this was a good site, but they picked it. too busy.

Well, I can't see it, but the egg shell is pretty good proof.

I saw on chat there were 2 hatches also.

I could not get her to move in 3 days. obviously she ddi but not when I was watching :egg11: :egg11:

The new female is having better luck. the female that dies, could not hatch out her eggs. Gord figured tit was where she was migrating to.( maybe contamination)

Tuesday morning 8:45 AM - saw 2 healthy chicks and feeding.

Re: previous female Perry - RDRN says they are still waiting for test results so i assume they did an analysis and should know if toxins caused death. It might also be where she migrated through, not just the wintering site, since the Gulf area is toxic. Wonder if tests are now routinely including the Gulf toxins along with the previous toxins.
