Bird Cams Around the World

cam is back up ,. they had a big power serge and things got back running around noon.

chicks look good. Will post pictures later. Almost got male band. cam changed just as I was clicking for band

if anyone has time , can you keep an eye to make sure little one eats and is O. K.
So far so good . I watched a good feed last night and cannot see the one right now but cam will be better as day goes on.

there are 4 here. One real tiny one. But he appears fiesty.

Mom or dad fast asleep on the chicks right now, but that is not stopping two of them from trying to make their escape from under her. Can't see other two, but I expect they are staying under.

Parent just took off, and these four little ones are awaiting food. I think the smallest is at the back, with his/her head up right now, looking around.

The chicks are getting fed, and the little guy is right up there at the front, making sure that mom doesn't miss him.

I see them alone but they are bunched together

Mom is trying to cover all the chicks, no easy job when you have four, and they are so restless. This will be a very busy place when the chicks fledge, but the good thing about this site is that it is out in the country, away from tall glass buildings. It is about as natural as you can get these days.

I watched the entire feed just now and still could not tell if the little one got any.

I got a look at all four of them as mom or dad returned to the nestbox, and they all looked quite perky, so I think the youngest one has been getting food.

I t is really hard to tell, that is why I keep watching.

Parent is in the nestbox right now, feeding all four, and the little one is again front and centre, making sure he/she gets food.

I finally saw full crop on little one. Remember he was not born till June11 and we are not sure about others. they could have all been born one day apart

Thank you Bev for these lovely pics. Yesterday, today... whenever I watched I saw only three chicks. Now the four of them seem all all right. The little one is...small, but very alive. Thank you!
