Nobody home for now. I read the Pritchetts are still working on the equipment here and are aware of the sound troubles. I noticed sometimes I am getting sound and other times, I can barely hear. Hope they are able to correct some of the cam and sound problems before the season is fully underway.

In watching 3 eagle nests today, this is the 1st time I am seeing an eagle. Kinda unusual. It has their back to me, but I think it may be Harriet!

Both were on the tree earlier this eve, but flew to the west pasture for the night per mod.

Nobody home now, but Harriet and M15 have both been seen on the nest and in the tree this morning and M15 with 3 stick deliveries!

Both flew west at different points earlier this eve per mod and it appears it's for the night.

Correction: they have not been on the tree or nest today that I can tell, but an adult was seen atop a power pole earlier.

Nobody on the tree, but enjoyed watching Harriet take her bath at about 5:45 on the DVR! :shower

They are not sleeping on the tree, they keep flying west to sleep. What if they decide to nest there ... I don't think M15 was knocked out of the tree as Harriet was, but he was at least hit by the owl several days before it got Harriet. I'm not saying they will, but what if ...

7:34pm Harriet to the attic via the veranda, bonding. 7:35pm Harriet flies west and M15 follows.

M brought in a fish right before dark and he looked around for Harriet. When he saw she was not around, he left the fish on the nest for her. In the morning, Harriet arrives to the nest - sees the fish gift and begins to eat! M sees her eating and comes to the nest very happy as he loves to take care of her! xoxo He will bring in some big sticks & occupy himself while she eats!

Harriet & M are seen mating in the morning and in the evening! They are strengthening their bond together as a couple as they prepare for the upcoming nesting season! Thank you for watching!

One of them has just removed a limb from the dead tree and they can be seen on the pond cam ... should be flying to the nest with it shortly!! And they have just placed it on the nest. Harriet and M15 are currently there working on nestorations! Really nice rail work!!

The pair of Great Horned Owls have come back to the nest tree again just after midnight. They did quite a bit of hooting between them as both the male and female pay a visit. They also can be seen from the pond cam - one on the snag tree, one in the upper branches of the nest tree and then both on the snag. They may have their sights set on this nest but it is taken!! Time for Mr and Mrs Hootie to leave! Thank you for watching!

Oh no!! This may not end well. Really hoping they will move on. M15 and Harriet were both on the tree and nest earlier this morning. Harriet is currently on the tree.
