DON'T KNOW IF NIECEY IS OUT DOING THE HUNTING THIS MORNING OR NOT. BEEN HERE SINCE 6:30 AND DIDN'T SEE ANYONE EXCEPT LIL DAD SO FAR, HE WAS ON THE POINT BRIEFLY A BIT AGO.

FOOD HAS ARRIVED! NIECEY WAS THERE ALL THE TIME AND LIL DAD JUST DROPPED OFF THE FOOD :-)

Thanks for the video Reenie. It was hard to watch. You just want to reach in there and help! Everyday the pictures are just the best! You know they are good when they make you laugh out loud!! ljames your comment did just that.

Since the good news of the fourth chick being put back in the box in Wilmington, we are blessed with these 8 healthy chicks between two nests. How GREAT is that??? :loveshow:

They are eating again. The usual behavior, grabbing, stealing, eating feathers, making Niecey back into the wall, little one in the back, everything.

I don't know, baby is not even trying

He never did get over there. Maybe he wasn't hungry.

Watched a feeding that ended around 12:30. The crops on those chicks are so huge they look like they could burst.

Some crops look big to me and some don't.

Yes, the little one ate. But not sure they were all very hungry.

Lil Dad was in the scrape about a minute ago. He didn't have food. He spent about a minute in there and then left.

FEEDING TIME. LIL DAD BROUGHT THE FOOD. NIECEY BROUGHT IT IN IN ONE TALON AS SHE FLEW HOPPED INTO THE SCRAPE. LIL ONE IN FRONT, OTHER ONES PUSHING HIM DOWN. I THINK HE JUST ATE A LEG AND FOOT!

AFTER THE FEEDING NIECEY TOOK OFF. LIL DAD THEN SHOWED UP AND HE GOT UP ON THE SHIELD FACING THE SCRAPE TO KEEP AND EYE ON THE CHICKS :-)

LIL DAD JUST DID SOME LEGS STRETCHES AND IS CALLING FOR NIECEY SOME. IT'S GETTING LATE, SHE NEED TO GET THERE WITH THE CHICKS NOW.

THERE WAS JUST SOME MORE TALKING BETWEEN LIL DAD AND NIECEY. SHE WAS GIVING HER LOW TALK BACK TO HIM, LOL! IT'S TOO DARK TO SEE ANYTHING, BUT WONDERING IF HE THOUGHT THE CHICKS SHOULD HAVE SOMETHING TO HOLD THEM OVER UNTIL TOMORROW.
