He is still calling for him. He's totally out of cam view.. MR Most Wanted.

11:04 - I guess he's still here. Can't see him as Cam 1 is on B. He's quiet at the moment.

No - he went back to MMB.

12:06 - Can hear DC chirping in distance. And his "incoming" call.

12:07 B back at box. On front beam

She's looking up. Hard to tell with only main streaming, but she is...

12:11 - B into box, greeting her egg. Peep Peep Peep Peep Chip Chip.

Looks like she had a meal & is doing some preening now.

12:17. To lip on front of box. Looking up.

12:44 B's laying in box quietly. Think I just heard DC calling. His incoming or outgoing call

12:46 - back to front lip of box. Looking out and up. Like she's following something.

She's calling now - few times.

12:50 - B flew off.

Carly - when you've observed O'Connor and Angel, when they were laying eggs, and Jack was away, did they stay close to the tray, or would they perch on a nearby building so as not to draw attention to their nest?

I'm sure DC or B is around, out of cam range, but just wondering. I know the Scrub-Jays do that in my backyard. They stay away from nest. I've got babies now. Can hear them when I'm outside and they are getting fed. The jays also love swooping on the dogs when they are in the backyard.

1:34 - B arrives back at far corner of deck, near main cam. Chupping.

I think she's watching a flying display. bowing. chupping. Looking up sometimes.

Don't hear any response to her chups yet.

She's in the middle of the deck right now.

Vocalizing.. peep peep. little honk honk.

Onto beam. Looking up.

Thanks. I figured B was close. Maybe not in cam range, but close. Can't imagine them not having the nest in eyesight.

1:42 - B on beam, facing building. Few AHHH AHHH calls for DC. I don't hear a response.

1:55 - still sitting in same spot, still calling. Still can't hear any response.

Light Switch just came on:

I've been thinking she's whining to him... No. Now I think it's her way of calling to him.. "You still there? I can't see you".

Of course! I don't know why it took that long for me to put 2 + 2 together.
