Great pictures and coverage today. Thanks to all. Just love the colors in these guys. With the new cameras I guess we didn't realize just how beautiful they are at this age. :loveshow:

Only my 2nd year watching peregrines and Harrisburg got me started ...so last years 2 little ones seemed so smaller and still whiter when banding took place ... Does a larger hatch (4 this year) create more competition for food ? And maybe larger? They just seem so big even Little Man has gotten big. Do the ones who push to be first and most get bigger or learn to be more aggressive? So fortunate that Lil dad and Niecey can provide almost constant food.... I've learned so much from you all .. Just find these animals so beautiful, albeit terrible housekeepers. Pictures are just beautiful.

BEING AS THE CAMERAS ARE NEWER AND ADJUSTED MORE OFTEN, THIS HELPS US SEE THEM BETTER. ALSO, THE FEMALES ARE ALWAYS LARGER THAN THE MALES. SO, WE COULD HAVE A BUNCH OF FEMALES HERE, LOL! THEY WILL ALSO THIN OUT SOME BEFORE FLEDGING TOO :-) NIECEY AND LIL DAD ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT ALL GET THEIR SHARE :-)

LIL DAD BROUGHT FOOD A BIT AGO AND ONE GRABBED IT AND WENT IN THE SCRAPE TO WORK ON IT. OTHER 3 SACKED OUT BY THE SCRAPE.

Lil Dad delivered some prey about ten minutes or so ago. He left quickly, but Niecey fed three of them out in front of the scrape by the stick. Yellow foot didn't seem interested, and spent some time over by the column.

LIL DAD BROUGHT FOOD, AND ONE CHICK TOOK IT IN THE SCRAPE. NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED THEN, BUT THERE WAS ANOTHER FEEDING.

LOTS OF FOG THIS MORNING AND DRIZZLE, I'M SURE IT'S MAKING IT HARD TO FIND FOOD. ALL 4 CHICKS WERE BY THE SCRAPE. 2 RAN DOWN THE LEDGE AFTER, WHAT I'M ASSUMING WAS AN ADULT ON THE POINT, SCREAMING.

EDIT: PRETTY SURE NO PARENT ON THE POINT, MUST BE LIL DAD ON THE CAM, THAT'S WHERE THE CHICK IS LOOKING :-)

STILL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THAT MESS IS BELOW THE CAM WHERE LIL DAD SITS. WHEN WE HAD A CLOSER SHOT OF IT, I ZOOMED IN AND IT ALMOST LOOKED LIKE SOMETHING DECOMPOSED THERE. THOUGHT I SAW A SKULL. BUT THEY WOULD NEVER LET PREY LAY THAT LONG, LIL DAD IS PICKY ABOUT THAT. GUESS IT WILL JUST STAY A MYSTERY............

NIECEY APPEARED ON THE LEDGE AND GOT THEM ALL SCREAMING. SHE FLEW OFF AND I SAW HER LAND ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COLUMN. HOPE THEY DON'T TRY GOING OVER THERE! THEY DON'T SEEM TO BE EVEN THOUGH THEY WATCHED HER GO OVER THERE.

Food just arrived. Thanks so much for the video's Renee and GREAT pictures Pess. Anca thanks this morning for your coverage. Too bad they can't take a floor squeegee and push that stuff off tomorrow when they are inside. but then again., "look out below"!! LOL! Also they try to keep one on the Ledge at all times don't they?

Edit: Wasn't a very big bird!

I've noticed that spot on the ledge before. Don't think it's anything decomposed. It looks like it's almost under the cams above it. And it looks darker when it's wet.
