The birdie left the nest about a minute or two ago.

Bird on building over and at 6:46pm it flew off. when they were focused on boats , I thought , do the think it hopped boatLOL

they missed it fly off. I saw it

I couldn't pass up this pic..

Falcon is now gone from here...nobody on the eggs..

6;56..she's picking stuff out of the box...they have now panned back over to the building..falcon on the corner where he was before...maybe eating..

First they wre jsut showing the boats and I thought do they think they have taken refuge on ships LOL

They did once...he was eating on the corner while she was in the box..They haven't panned since..

Someone asked on the SF Yahoo forum if Lil would have left her eggs, or should they assume the worst. I added that residents had been displaced and found nesting in other sites (Ohio, Canada - Mary had already responded that we saw this with EC in San Jose) but with Lil, we may never know because she was not banded.

I wasn't sure if one of your girls had already laid eggs...

life comes first Mwplay. so they should not assume the worst.

I think what's gonna be bitter sweet is when/if we see a canoodle on that corner or on the railing...that will be tough..

mwplay. I did not finish my statement. the eggs are important for sure and they will defend to the best of their ability, and some do fight and die but I have seen so many that take flight before , they loose their life. I think there is a great pull for survival also.

Gord always says if you do not see a dead falcon, then assume that it got away.
