Correction..they are both there. . Durand in front of the cam (she's now stepped off to the side) and Spark (better be) on top of the nest box...this seems to be turning into their "spots". .

Nice shots and video of our duo. I hope that this will be the year we have chicks in Columbus again. :sleigh:

We cannot mention his name, either one of his names. It will jinx us. Besides, didn't somebody say they thought he had died crashing into a window last year? (rest his soul if it is true)

Here's the good news. . the falcon with dinner was banded..(I lightened a few frames to look)...I just couldn't read the bands ..

About Dinner. . gasp. . I couldn't tell if it was dead or alive!!! I just wish I had kept the recorder going another 30 seconds...the falcon with dinner took off...but, I couldn't tell if he took off with or without the prey. . .needless to, the other falcon (Durand probably) stayed on the ledge for another 2-3 minutes. . then left.
