Now bonding at NB 1:46

DC departs at 1:50

OMG - such a tease...

She's looking huge and gets in position, then back out.

2:09 - off she goes after something - probably a hunt

2:15pm - Switch - DC on box, B on OCSR - I think she might be eating, maybe not. Looks like preening.

approx 4:06 - DC arrives on deck with incoming call and chirping. B remains on OCSR. I don't know if he's still there, or has left deck.

4:12 - He's still there, calling for B
4:13 - He just left. I could hear him chirp in distance.

4:14 - B left OCSR

4:42- prey exchange. DC in box. B eating next to main cam.

She took off with it at 4:44. He remains in box.

4:46 - He took off and I can hear mating. I've got the headphones in today.

5:55pm - DC & B are back.

DC is in the scrapte. B is at corner of deck near main cam. While she watches, he's digging the scrape a little deeper! :egg8:

6:02 - she's in box with him now. He just flew off.
6:07 - B to lip of box and eventually to beam.
6:18 - Looks like B is going to take a little nap.

6:19 - B got a little alert & iI think I heard something in the distance. DC may have been letting something (bird/gull) know it is not welcome.

6:45 - B just stretched and flew away.

Carol at BS - No falcons seen or heard.

7:04 - sounds like there's some kind of chanting going on. Maybe a game?

Carol tweeted that DT is packed. 1 falcon on OCSR

7:20 - Could hear DC come in, chriping. Then then came down to deck. I think it was a failed prey exchange.

7:35 - B on top of main cam

7:44 - DC arrives on corner deck, chirping. B on beam. DC departs. B still on beam 7:45pm

7:48 - and B flew off.

Late this morning, but was checking my phone every few hours.

They just had a really nice bonding session at 12:18. To me, it was very sweet, especially the way DC so close to her. I've got it on video. If she lays this egg, I'll convert & post in a bit.

She's in the scrape now.

and back to lip 12:32...

Got to feed the dogs and us humans...

No doubt.

I was peeking at the cam while getting dogs fed/bowls down. I was thinking about how I fall more in love with him each year. Each year, he matures, understands the role, and I just love watching him.

Saw him sitting there with the prey, knowing he's doing everything to get her back in there. :girlluv:

5:22 - Well, I heard Beauty, now I'm thinking it might have been a prey exchange as it appears DC is on the beam.
It's one of them....

6:19 - DC flew off.
6:21 - Beauty arrives back. She's on other side of main cam. And she moved to front beam

7:08 - DC must be above her. He's calling for her and you can hear him chirping. She's responding. Almost want to tell him... shhhhh be quiet. You are going to get her excited and she will move again and not lay the egg WE ALL WANT!

This totally reminds me of Dorothy and E2 communicating back & forth

7:11 - there she goes. He's chirping away like crazy..

Oh, that explains it, he had prey.. :flirty: :flirty:

I'm telling you, he's making my day!

Here's a thought, if she eats all that food - hopefully she will - there won't be any more room & she'll have to push that darn egg out..
