I'm not to comfortable with that.. Don't they normally just have maybe a little membrane left on the inside? I saw on hatch #1's shell, there was yolk also. Hope that's somewhat normal and we just don't normally get this good of a view.

I hope so. It really was pushing itself out. When DC was there, not on the eggs, you could see it moving in the cracked shell. That's the part of the video that will be neat when I speed it up. You can see it pushing both sides and the top was still slightly connected.

Another feed just occurred. Beauty is easy for us viewers to watch with a feed because she feeds everybody pretty equally!

Just recorded when Beauty got up. There's movement and a hole in 4th egg.

Here's video. I slowed it down to half speed. hole is near bottom. One baby puts beak near hole. Hole is also almost in line with crack in front lip of box. Watch when Beauty comes back, you can see it pull away from shell.

You are so right Cat. Watching her feed right now and she works it across all 3 nicely. No one has to wait until very end.

I just found a neat trick in YT. If you want to speed up the video while you are watching it, click on the little gear like icon at the bottom of the video. You can select a faster speed. Default setting is normal, but you can speed it up, if you don't want to watch all 12 minutes.

I love the long weekends too, and napping! Normally around 3pm, I start to D R A G... my problem is if I lay down for a nap, set an alarm, I always end up oversleeping. Not that I couldn't sleep for days... easily could..

Beauty takes a break. DotCa comes into cover the kids. Beauty returns with prey to deck and has DC take prey to cache or maybe prep.

Since then, I can hear #4 rapidly peeping/chirping in shell!

If the last egg is going to hatch, hope it hatches soon so it doesn't get lost behind 3 larger siblings at dinnertime!
