Well, I think this is the most I've seen her in the scrape/box so far.

But I don't think she's sitting up in egg laying formation yet..

Onto beam and alert like she's about to take off. DC took off from Mercury flying SE past Xerox... probably figured she was done napping in the scrape and he could move again.

and she just flew at 9:38....

Well, that's interesting. He came with prey and she just stayed in box. He took off with prey. Looked to be good sized.

Um... I don't think that was a dead carcass... The tail kept moving up and down, at least in my video... Maybe that's why she didn't want it. Looked to be fresh.. Head & all.

10:38 - He's back with prey, but I don't think she wants to leave the box. She didn't leave. He left with it. I think he cleaned it up a bit..

I think he's above her now. She's still on lip of box. I can hear him calling for her. She responds with small peeps.

She's got her eyes closed, then opens them.

I do think she's percolating.

On chat, Patsy reports DC is above her, under the NE ring 11:17

And she just came out of her trance... preening her back. Looking out and up. Maybe he moved.

She's moved to beam.. I think she's about to launch.. Yep - left 11:38 - focused on something.

11:39 - DC arrives on corner of deck near wall.

He waited for her, flew off for a minute and then brought her back. They are having a nice bonding session in box. I had to go outside for a few minutes, but could hear him calling her the entire time he was on the deck.! :flirty:

11:51- he just flew off. B remains in box for now.

12:01 - After moving to front lip, she just flew off. She was alert the entire time. Not in a bad way, just watching and looking out.

12:09 - DC arrives back on deck, chirping/chupping for B. Now he's in the box. He departed.

12:26 - could hear possibly mating above or close by on same building, then DC arrived on deck.
1:16 - He's still on deck. He has been sitting on the beam in front of box.
1:50 - finally she returns. He just took off about 1 minute before, but quickly came back, landing on top of cam 1 pole. I think he was chasing something that got too close because he was yelling.

1:51 - Nice bonding session now in the box. He just left. Beauty is staying in the box.

She's finally sitting in one spot. She was pebble picking and housekeeping earlier.

2:22 - I think DC is on deck near main cam. He's being quiet. I don't hear any vocals from him. Can't tell if he has prey.

2:23 - Just left.

And must have flown above her.
