I think so...I called Bob when I saw Dad and he was already there, watching. (he does love his falcons) We need to get them to hold up a sign or something..or at least yell a greeting...!!!

If you're watching when 1 fledges, you should hear everybody yelling..its funny...

Could be thwarted landings..who knows...after looking at pics,I didn't see food...there were 3 in a row..Its like mom flies up and veers off at the last second..

Apologies for the vid quality...I wasn't prepared to record both cams...and thankfully the ledge cam is behind the nest cam or we would have missed the fly off..

Yes, that is us down on the bench! I was sitting there yesterday with Mary Lou. I am sure Mary Lou is sitting there today as well as others. We pretty much hoard the benches during fledge time! Now Bob, he sits way off to the right of your screen under that big shady tree. He can talk to the pedestrians, answer questions and he hands out assignments on his 2way radio i.e. 'I need someone over by the reflecting pond in case a bird flies to the Temple." It can get very chaotic with eight or so 2-way radios squawking at a time so he has rules, we are not allowed to talk unless its just to report movement of one of the falcons.
