Yes...they will name them if they come to ground and/or as they come out of the box. They will also band them. Since they tend to fledge early here, there are almost always rescues. We'll see what happens this year..

RE: Southbend..I saw the tail of one a little while ago...to the left of the box door. it was lounging...

I'm having a terrible time with the cams...freezing non stop!! Did manage to get the 2:23 food drop. There was a great food tug-o-war right after I stopped the vid...then the cam froze...would have made a great vid...

YES I KNOW CAM FREEZING IS MAKING FOR SOME INTERESTING SCENES. SAW A MAN WALKING EARLIER TODAY WHO DISAPPEARED INTO THIN AIR AND THEN REAPPEARED @ START OF ROUTE AND MADE IT THE 2ND TIME! :teehee:

I just turned on the cam to see the little guy going crazy on that hole at the far end of the box. One of the others was making so much racket, maybe to alert the parents that this guy was going a little bonkers. I called Bob and he said he could hear it from the street and wondered what was going on. Hopefully they will calm down for the night. There is a Twitter account I will be blasting news from over the next few days if anyone is on Twitter @SLCFALCONS Send me a tweet if you see anything I should alert folks of.
