Well, they just finished a feed..on the "porch"..and to be honest, I only saw 2 beaks on cam at the same time..

1 is in the box now, 1 on the porch and 1, I have no idea..

Don't they know that they need to periodically go into the box for a head count?

Getting dark...I still don't have a head count..

I won't be able to check the cam on Sunday until late...could somebody try to get a head count tomorrow if they have time? 3rd chick could have been at the feed, but I only saw Durand's beak go between 2 beaks the entire feed...and I watched the entire thing from the Spark food drop to the feed. (Of course, it could have been different heads at different times for part of the feed...for a short time, two heads never left the cam view.)

Thanks

When I checked today, I saw the top of one head popping up on the nest box cam and a parent was parked right in front of ledge cam, so I couldn't see the ledge to find all 3.

Glad to read your post that you saw 3, DEF! I had only gotten as far as SGB's post asking us to try to get a head count, then I heard alarm calling that sounded like 2 & sometimes 3, thought I saw 3 individuals in front of the box, then could only see 2. I then decided I better read the rest of the posts & hope somebody else could find 3! :loveshow:
