Aside from the news by C&C about Newton fighting the windows, she seems to be settling in. I wish I was a bit closer to Cleveland to see in person. Maybe Saturday.....

Newton looks very settled today....

Together.... first Boomer on right, then second scap, Newton on right. Third, Newton hung out in the tray by herself for some time and preening...

I always have such mixed emotions when we get news like this...On one hand, I never want to know because that means there is that possibility that a great one, such as SW, is still out there some where..(I did this with Freedom) On the other hand, its really good to have closure...If it was a territorial battle VS a building collision (that's happened with several of our great seniors) then SW went out in grand Falcon Style, as it should be!!

I watch far too many cams, and so I am not that familiar with SW but I did know what a great lady she was . I did check in here when Boomer became ,male resident.
And I was so happy she had this last season as there was so much worry about her condition at the beginning of it. ( Great ones, always draw strength)

Those of us watching for so many years have loved and lost some great ones, and I know the followers of SW will miss her.

I am with SGB, although you have closure now, there is something magical about thinking she had gone to live out the rest of her life in peace. because we do know from other sites this does happen.

So all I can say, is fly on , you are flying now with some of the best . You will remain a" Queen of the skies" in the hearts of all those who love you.

Glad she was found. Lots of pressure from other pairs up there. Could not locate the "Bohn" building on Google Earth, however, the "Arcade" and "Leader" building, came up on the search.

In the pic the red marks/Letters are:
Terminal Tower, is lower left- ( T T )
Upper left is the Key Building- ( K )
Middle Right is the Arcade (circled)
Upper Middle is the Leader Building ( L )
X below the L is where the buildings join and is approx where she was located.
