Dale Hollow: Mom is on the nest and Dad just flew from the upright branch to down in the woods and back right away to the nest with a fluff delivery! Both working on that now. Egg watch for DH9 starts tomorrow!!

news on their juvenile from last year. remember she had to be hacked as they do here. such good news

I really enjoyed watching them last year as they learned how to care for a youngster. dicey at times but they were successful

Webster TX Eagles (no cam) have 2 hatches, 1/17 and 1/19. Calendar updated.
Maverick and Wrangler are doing well! :loveshow:

I am sure Arizona is sitting on eggs. They are at a new nest and a cam will be put there next year maybe but they can see this nest a bit form present cam. :7val:

I receive updates from them and haven't heard anything. Will report when and if I do!
Hopefully a new nest site will be more successful for them. :flirty:

For River and Obey at Dale Hollow!! Laid at 13:43! :7val:

Both have had a big day as they had also been dealing with an intruder off and on!

At Dale Hollow, River is settled over the eggs and Obey is asleep with his head tucked on a lower limb on the left. He can be viewed at the swing out on "Johnny's Birdhouse Live Stream" on YT.

At Dale Hollow this evening, River has been positioned to allow peeking at their egg and Obey is on the lower left limb and he can be seen during the swing out.

At Dale Hollow, Obey is currently on the nest and I do not see River on the swing out, so she must be out and about enjoying her break from egg duty. Obey has been on duty since 6:38 this morning.

Obey up and alerting at 11:42 and flew a minute later. Egg in view.
At 11:59, can hear an eagle in near distance, but do not see.
Obey returned at 12:11. And then left a few minutes later.
River to the nest at 12:26.

River has been on duty for the night shift since 1656 and I do not see Obey on cam tonight. Currently she is asleep with her head tucked.
