I'm not quite sure Donna, but I think more over the pigeons they use for races.
Only the slower ones are taken for a prey by the peregrines.
De Mortel is a fly-over area during races.

I think VM lost the pigeon while he was on his way,
he came back for another piece...

I can't believe this...

Now, the 2AM show up in the box makes sense... it was VM, not 2O.

Oh Gosh.

Anniet - If you are still on, What is OZ? I see it frequently referred to in the clubhouse, but not sure where it is? I'm assuming it is another board?

3:33 - male shows up on porch and I think sounds like intruder alert chupping.

Then I hear what sounds like a male coming in screaming - Thought I saw a fly-by on cam 2.

I have FC open now. Let's see what happens.

VV is not there. I don't think the male was responding to VV as it was not bonding chupping I was hearing.

Looks like VV was trying to come in with food and VM was waiting, when he saw her, he went out to grab food! I heard the kerfuffle and saw a falcon fly behind tower with food!!! STOP STEALING and get your own!!!

NW, was this the same as you saw??? I saw prey in talons!!

I was just trying to get all my cams/windows open, so missed the food coming in, but that makes sense. I just heard the rapid chupping, then the sound on the side of box.

What a mess....

Donna - do you have the Froona Cam link? These are going to open in the current window, not in a new window - I wanted you to be able to see the address.

It gives you an aerial view of tower, and is normally behind the BDL cams. You just have to select FroonaCam from list: http://www.natuurkanaal.nl//

Also, here's a link to the refresh cams. You can see towards the back of tower under tall antenna: http://www.vwggemertslechtvalk.nl/
