 BG - One is laying down near the opening watching the world go by. The other is closer to the cam busy pulling on small tufts of down. Lots of brown feathers showing through...

Update on 2012 fledge from Toledo  In 2019, the installation of Wayne State’s Falcon Cam gave viewers an inside look at the daily lives of WSU’s resident Peregrine Falcons, Isabella and Freedom. The webcam, perched on the front of Old Main, allows researchers and the public alike to monitor the nesting habits of these fascinating birds of prey 24 hours a day. This year, WSU researchers were astonished to learn that a brand new pair of falcons has swooped in and taken over the ledge. The pair were identified as Regal, a male born in Warren, Michigan in 2018, and an unnamed female hatched at the University of Toledo in 2012. Toledo- The lady from Toledo Peregrine Project mentioned on Facebook that she could only get a feed from the cam when she used Safari... So I checked with BCAWs Toledo falcon cam feed, and it seems to be working fine, except no sound. I also tried Google Chrome and Duck Duck Go, and it seemed to me the cam was working normally, just no sound....Does anyone else know something that would help her out? |

I tried the cam in 3 browsers, Chrome, Edge and Firefox. In all 3 just a black rectangle with an arrow. No image, no sound. My OS is Windows 10 home. |

I had Toledo earlier in January. Now black. Will try on my computer. I think Adobe flash may be the problem as it no longer is available. I know always had to enable it. They will have to work on this. But that is just what I have at my end. So

Correct, the Flash player is terminated on all browsers. Same for the old Real Player. That doesn't work anymore either. (Was used for the Karlsruhe Peregrine Falcon nest) |

Toledo New post in Facebook from Toledo Peregrine Project... The problem has been identified as the Adobe flash. The IT guy is continuing to work on it hoping for a good resolution (Toledo’s pun... ) At this time I cannot get the feed on my iPad....
