Tuned into the cam a bit ago to find Niecey incubating the gravel.

NIECEY WAS ON THE CAM PERCH, LIL DAD IN THE SCRAPE, SHE JUMPED DOWN WITH A BIG THUD AND THEN YOU COULD HEAR HER RUN DOWN THE LEDGE TO LIL DAD, SO SWEET! THEN THEY WERE BEAKING :7val:

SO UPSET THE DVR ISN'T WORKING RIGHT, I WANTED TO GET LIL DAD AND NIECEY IN THE SCRAPE, THEY WERE SO CUTE TOGETHER............

I tried to find the bonding session with the beaking from earlier today. After 20 minutes or so of trying I had to give up.

WHITE BOY SHOWED UP AT 6:13 SCREAMING AND LANDED BY THE ORANGE POLE, FLEW OFF AND WAS OUT THERE FLYING AROUND SCREAMING. CAME BACK ABOUT 5 MINS LATER AND LANDED ON THE POINT, HE'S SO CUTE! ONLY STAYED A COUPLE OF MINS.

SOMETIME AROUND 6:30, WHITE SHOWED UP OVER BY THE COLUMN WITH A WHOLE BIRD AND PROCEEDED TO DEFEATHER AND EAT HIS BREAKFAST. NOT SURE IF IT WAS GIVEN TO HIM IN AN EXCHANGE OR IF HE CAUGHT IT HIMSELF. I WOULD THINK WITH ALL THE SCREAMING THIS MORNING, IT WAS GIVEN TO HIM.

WHITE BOY FINALLY FINISHED EATING AROUND 7:30 AND HE RAN BEHIND THE SCRAPE AND PLAYED AROUND SOME, BITING AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCRAPE. THEN HE WENT OVER TO THE STICK BY THE SCRAPE WIPING HIS BEAK SOME AND THEN WENT OVER TO THE WINDOWS BY THE MIC AND WAS LOOKING AT HIMSELF FOR A BIT. THEN HE TOOK OFF SCREAMING SOME. HE ATE EVERY BIT OF THAT BIRD AND IT WASN'T SMALL AND HIS CROP WAS NICE AND FULL :-)

Must have just missed seeing White finish off his breakfast. When I tuned in about ten minutes ago somebody was over on the U roof, but after two views flew off beside 333 kind of toward 3rd Street.

Niecey has been on the stick for a while now. She just turned around to show herself better. It is VERY humid here this morning and looks like it could rain at any moment.

very very humid here. Suppose to have rain around 3. Sure could use some. Sitting here watching the birds in the yard and need to go out and put more water in the birdbath. They splashed it out. Ha Ha

Niecey seems to be hanging out on the ledge a lot this year. In years past she was often AWOL after her juvies had dispersed. A while ago she was doing some housekeeping in the scrape, but is now perched on the shield.

I THINK IT WAS ALL THOSE TALKS LIL DAD HAD WITH HER! MOM USED TO ALWAYS BE AT THE LEDGE AND NOW HE'S SLOWLY TEACHING NIECEY THAT THIS IS WHAT SHE'S SUPPOSED TO DO :-)
