"Our new female is certainly making herself at home in the city after staying around the church 3 miles north for a couple of weeks. Noticed on the church as well when she's relaxed her right eye closes with the left staying open. Signs look promising for a pairing between the male & her, he's been around the city for over 6 months now but no guarantees they’ll nest on the spire or even in the city - we can only watch & hope.
Bobbin appears to have flown north as expected back to her breeding site; we'll also keep an eye on her when possible..."
