Wow, a lot of new posts here tonight, but that is good to see. Thanks for the link to that article Reenie, and thanks to Kim for what you posted too. I still think they are wrong in holding the girls like they are after they had already flown at their home site. I think they are holding them more for their own convenience for observations for their study than for the benefit of the birds. I agree, Skygirlblue, that the article seemed to be directed at those of us here on the forum who disagree with what has been done. It also seemed to confirm to me that they took the girls to help fulfill their quota of needed birds.

The picture of Green Girl is beautiful! And Kim, you don't need to have an official copyright for your pictures. George is right about that, based on what I know from photographer friends. You hold the rights to your pictures. I see that it's been posted that the picture had been taken down, so that is good.[list=][/list]
