Poor little Scout. She should still be alive today. Who knows, maybe Trooper and Clementine would still be alive too if Scout had not been killed. Can't know what role that played in the chain of events.

I think that you mentioned looking at the posts from last year Mick. That's what I finally did last year after some time had passed. I went back and read every post, looked at every picture, and watched every video again and cried for her.

Well Scout will live on through her children and now we have sweet little Durand and Matrix, but Scout will always be remembered and loved.

so well put. thanks for the picture(s). and the words. from all. .....and I still wonder about Orville who died during the same "event" a year before. seems like an investigation should have been completed long before now. We don't want people hurt; we don't want our falcons hurt.

With tears I remember the phone call well. Our dear Scout.

Thanks, Mick and Beth, for the memorial posts for Scout. Her unnatural death hurt so much . . . and the silence and inaction that have followed hurt in equal measure.

Not really...If I was, then maybe I could figure out why cache pages work when the official website returns an "incorrect function" error...makes no sense to me...fingers crossed that it just continues to work..

Matrix...few minutes in the box, back on the ledge, top of box and I think he's now gone...
