kitten, pics of Vancouver. I didn't know what to take pics of :) There aren't many old downtown buildings left. The city had a nice feel to it.

Oh my, such a lot happening today, & I just got home from work, then PT.

First off, welcome to BCAW, Tammy! :grwelcom I hope you enjoy this forum as much as we do. (The nicest people in the world are members here!) :flirty: We're always happy to hear that people who work for the company who hosts these cams care about the falcons' welfare as much as we do, so thanks for that info! Also, thank you for the work you did to get the cam back online, & thanks to the person who had to brave the terrible heat to climb & get the cam online. :thankyou

Kitten & ljames, thanks for contacting the plant about the cam being down.
:thanku

Well I never did see dinner, but maybe I just missed it. 3 of them appear to still be on the lookout. How sweet.

The rain is really coming down and I might have see some hail mixed in. Would rather see them wet that burning up like they have been. Wish that I would see Dot .

Dad just arrived and brought food to the box, one of the chicks grabbed it and he left. Now somebody else, maybe Dot is there with more food it looks like. Can't be sure as she is behind a big rain drop, but one of the chicks is over there still eating the first prey.

They have got her pinned in back there. Gosh you've got to be brave to get involved with this. I see why Dad just did the drop off. Right now she is feeding two and the other two are going at their own prey.

They are mostly quiet now after being fed, they seemed so hungry to start with. Dot is eating some, plus there is that other prey. I forgot to mention that Dot is soaked through and through. It is probably been hard to hunt in this weather although both parents did bring in pretty nice size lunches.

These falcon mothers have the patience of Job, after you get one fed, then another, here comes the first one back. They just rotate through again and again. She went over and got the other prey which looks more like leftovers now that I see it good. Of course two chicks had been eating on it a while. Well I have chores to do.

Just checked back in and Dot is fussing like crazy about something, alarm calls. I can't see her, but I think the chicks can. Poor thing is all upset.

A parent just paid a brief visit and now two of the chicks are in the corner eating. Maybe it was Dad dropping off prey. They all started screaming but I couldn't tell what was going on for sure.

Of the other two, one is still waiting and looking for mommy and the other one is watching the two eating.

The big girl has finished eating and the one that was watching has moved in for their turn. The other one is still waiting to be fed. It's a little worrisome that they are eating without supervision. I'm always afraid they will choke.
