OH my word, Dot just landed on the roof with a big thud after flying all around alarm calling. It must be raining or hailing as I can hear something.

Well, I have to turn in. Now I am worried that something is there harassing them.

I have seen Dot do this in previous rain lightning storms. She stands on the roof and gets drenched.

Thanks for the great pics and coverage, ladies...I had the cam open during that time period as well....but what got me, was Dot's screaming...you could hear her clearly agitated as she would fly near the nest, then away...she would land for a few minutes, then take off again, yelling!!! All I could think of was is there a GHO near by? Anyway, she settled back in and enjoyed the rain..I guess..

I have my own tu tu picture..obviously, these are from last night..

Just checked in, see one juvie for sure, there might be one tucked in the corner, no sound. Good to see 3 in the pictures. I thought yesterday that one was on the roof, and one down below there on that stair looking sturcture and maybe that was the one that flew off later. Anyway last night I was worried that the juvie doing all the alarm calling had actually attracted an owl of some kind thinking it was in distress and an easy target. Maybe wasn't counting on Dot being there. I know that it won't be easy to see 4 now all at once but I hope that we do or that we get a report from the site letting us know all are accounted for.

Hint, Hint.

This one started to go over, then back in the box for more flapping, then gone to the right.

Both girls were just in view--one in the box eating & the other on top of the box yelling!

Dot dropped by with food & went into the box. Only the 2 girls were there, but they acted like they were starving & were misbehaving, so Dot left. One girl proceeded to try to keep it all to herself.

Finally, the other one was able to join in.
