Still no egg, and nobody home right now. But, things are looking up, as the female (I believe) spent the night in the nestbox. Maybe an egg tomorrow?

The female was in the nestbox just now, and the male brought her a treat, and she took off with it while he stayed behind. Things are looking good for a productive relationship leading to eggs. This male is the same one we have been watching for the last few weeks - he has the heart shape on his left cheek.

Yes, I do believe she is ready to roll it out at any moment. Her bottom looks very puffy.

I am so glad that they have an egg. Now let's hope they know what to do with it.

She looks like she is getting ready to lay another egg! Surely not this soon after the first. Maybe she is just trying to relax.

It looks like she has two eggs, and a third one coming up. When these two decide to get down to business, they certainly do not waste any time.

Appreciate the video, Carolyn. It did look like 2 eggs at first glance, but that would have been quite shocking. :egg14:
