Beauty's in the nest box now, but a couple of minutes ago she was on the rail in front of the box looking up . . . at DC perhaps?

She's still there. Perhaps she's thinking about laying an egg soon.

10:39AM - Beauty was sitting on rail/beam for probably 30 minutes, intermittently calling for DC. He decided to pay a visit, landing on cam 4. It was really neat to see him come in for the landing.

B chupped to DC (I didn't hear him respond). B proceeded to box, bowing, chupping. DC stayed on top of cam 4 for about 1-2 minutes, then flew off.

B is currently perched at front of box, calling for DC.

DC back to playing hard to get...

He's above B. She's screaming again. He's not responding.

Okay. I think he may have just flown off & B followed. (Birdgirl on Ustream chat confirmed he flew, she followed)

Maybe he brought something in, was prepping it for B? Maybe... Hopefully...

He's been there a few times this morning. I have not seen him get "in" the box, but did perch on cam 4 earlier and I think at the edge of platform on other side of main cam. All based on archive photos. No BOG reports.

Larry O tweet 12:28pm: 12:23 both falcons came fm south side 2 scrape.

Don't know location of B. She flew off following DC approx 30 minutes ago.

I have to say, this back & forth between scrapes by DC sort of freaks me out, especially when we don't see B. She's probably on one of her buildings, but not seeing her on cam, knowing she followed him out, always gets me a little nervous.

Yesterday morning, there seemed to be a lot of interaction in the box with them. There was an air of change, for the positive.

This morning, I've only seen the interaction of DC landing on cam 4, perched above B. I don't remember hearing him respond to her and he definitely did NOT follow her into the box at that interaction.

Oh well. My 2 "human emotion" cents!

Proceeds to box. Little preening, some scraping. Now laying down.

You are welcome.

I'm such a DORK because I just wish B would lay an egg. I think it would change the dynamics. Again, not that I don't want SA to have a mate.

One thing we can maybe guess: DC seems to spend a lot of time in DT with B during the day. He goes back to BS and appears to make food deliveries to SA. But, we don't see him stay there to do any kind of incubation duty. Of course, my comments are all unsubstantiated, because we just don't know what he's doing when he's off cam/out of DT and no watchers available at BS. So, if she doesn't have eggs yet, I still think it's a race to the finish line to see how DC will handle the situation when/if eggs do arrive.

I know you probably covered this before - does Jack help with incubation duties at his nests?

B's doing her calling for DC again..

Honestly don't know how long - at first she was laying down calling for him. Now she's perched at the front of box calling and looking up.

Not hearing any response.

Patsy6 on UStream chat indicated he was above her on SE wing almost an hour ago.

After calling for him for who knows how long...

B flies off. About 30 seconds later, you can her DC vocalize to her (echeep). We cannot see DC, only heard him.

B then arrives back on platform chupping, but no DC.

She's currently standing in middle of platform, and is now calling again.

ETA: At 2:42PM she flew...

B has been back in box for a bit.

DC just paid her a VERY QUICK visit by stopping by & perching on top of CAM4 at 3:55PM.

Reports from BS by Larry O.

SA flying around building.
DC on roof, then off to hunt.
DC then goes to scrape, and SA to roof.
