PAT, THAT'S A JUVIE ON THE STICK.

BOTH WERE JUST FLAPPING IN UNISON AND LIL DAD BROUGHT FOOD BY THE COLUMN. ONE GRABBED IT AND RAN BEHIND THE SCRAPE WITH IT.

Already it is a busy day on the ledge. Thanks so much for the details in the reports Jane and Sue. Takes a lot of your effort after being so tired. Much appreciated. Also Reenie's reporting this morning and keeping us straight as to who is who! LOL! We would be bumbling along without them! One making that "funny" sound again . Like a low Alarm Call. Will be gone for a while but anxious to get back on here later.

You know, I didn't see any real prey being brought in, only scraps. Maybe I missed it.

I was looking at the Green Girl pictures. I am fascinated by her nest and those little chicks up there. I sure hope they do ok when fledging. Thanks for posting.

It was brought in a while back. Red had it there but he got on the stick. Dad was on the camera and Blue was by the orange pole screaming so dad flew over to the scrape and then got and they both showed up for a feeding.

Lil Dadbrought the prey a little bit ago & dropped it off for them to feed themselves, then went to the cam. Both continued screaming although Red tried to eat a bit. Blue went down to the cam & kept screaming at Lil Dad. I am concerned that these boys aren't where they should be as far as being able to feed themselves. It seems that in prior years, chicks were self-feeding most of the time by the time they fledged. Anyway, that's the way I remember it.

They were feeding themselves earlier this week, but I think Dad is making sure they are fed well before another take off. Red seemed to be better at tearing apart than Blue

I think without NG dad has to take on responsibility that were hers. dad seems to want to keep them close :egg17: :egg17:

I have watched our females feed juveniles , even after they have fledged, so they will make sure they can eat.

Fingers crossed here.

I am out
