They're both looking healthy! Going by size, I think that's Clara in your capture, Matrix!

I don't think that it was anymore than an hour later that they both landed on the ledge together and Clara ran to FC to grab more prey.

Caught a quick glance at FC on top of the nestbox, then he scraped for a few seconds and took off. Camera didn't move fast enough to see him leave. Well, at least somebody is already manning the camera some.

Nice captures regardless, ljames...

My ISP won't let me connect to many cams tonight for whatever reason, but when I got the SJ cam for a few seconds..this image popped up..then it (cam) froze up and was able to catch this snip...

Sleepy time after a meal:

The cam was overlooking the wall when FC arrived with the food.

Just wanted to make sure you had both links. Actually, there were 3 at one time, but that was on a different computer so can't remember what it was.

Matrix
I was watching at that time too. It was after my shot of the delivery. Clara took the prey and went to eat it on the louver while FC stayed on the wall. It didn't take her long to finish it off, plus FC was cleaning his beak right after delivery so he may had eaten part of it first.

Opened the cam in time to see Clara snatch the prey from FC.

FC brings in prey, sits there for a bit then leaves. Clara must have told him to prepare it too.

You are lucky Ljames!

Looks like a grebe... his favorite!

I had a chance a few hours ago to open the cam. I think Clara was in the scrape, doing renovations. She stayed for a few minutes, and then took off quickly. It was hard to see who it was because there was a reflection in the lens due to the way the sun was hitting it.

so happy things a re going well

I remember us watching and hoping for things to work out last year and slowly FC learned the ropes. We watched as there was a take over and Clara lay another egg in the midst. then she had to deal with a female.

Best wishes here this year. I get my e-mails to let me know what is happening but will check in here when i can

anyone seen EC lately

I think they saw him a few weeks ago, towards the end of January.

He is just too cute bringing in dinner every night. She didn't get it tonight either, but rather, he stood there with it while she ran to the top of the box bowing. He eventually left with it and she followed a few minutes later.

Camera zoomed today and at first I thought it was EC, but no, a closer looked revealed FC.

How strange, FC brings in prey, Clara arrives and they talk to each other on the wall, then FC takes the prey into the nest box and walks around with it dangling from his beak. After a while Clara goes to the box as well and they talk some more. Clara, I think, leaves the box with they prey and goes to the drain. She then takes off, but I'm not sure they/she took the prey with her. Anyway, I believe that FC is on the wall again.
