Matrix, on the 7th picture, is Mo sitting below Mystic, on the wall(or whatever that is)?
Or is that some kind of a vent?

TSusan...to answer your first question about the overhead images...the yellow markings are areas that Mystic and the "kids" headed to last season when she was teaching them to hunt...(Cheryl, if I forgot something...add to this) The yellow areas are parks on Google earth, and there is a stream that runs down from McKinley monument...Large open areas and there is a old building in the crook of I-77 and Rt 30 that always has pigeons on it...there is a billboard there at the interstate junction as well, that always has coopers and some have seen falcons on it. It would be a great place to photgraph hunting practice by the juvies....
the only other place they can go is NW to McKinley monument area....but it has many many large trees and not as many open areas for falcons to hunt.

The second question about the "object" it is a part of equipment. As stuffed as Mystic looked...I'm betting Mo was somewhere digesting, since he always seems to eat a little to much... :teehee:

Did get ahold of DOW today...the nestbox is on their list to clean. Other priorities that are higher have to come first. I explained our concern with the ceiling.....We cannot assist, due to technicalities that exsist with the peregrine falcons' federal classification. BUT, be patient....that won't be for forever...

Thanks Cheryl!! Cam was acting up earlier for me...I know you can't get on at work anymore due to you using up all the broadband in Canton Ohio :teehee:

so anyway, cam may have been fixed now...It is streaming completely with no refresh!!!

Don't know what the blob is...Maybe Carl will find some time this weekend to load the stills for everyone! :impat:

Just came back from lunch downtown and it's looks like there's some activity at the tower. Yeah I'm on my home computer. :roll:

Flying and swooping. Unfortunately I wasn't with a bird person but it didn't look like pidgeons. Two circling the roof. Playing and diving.

This doesn't happen very often, but I am totally speechless. :thanku

Last week, before I figured out this site, my hubby was pulling into the driveway about 8:30 (ish) a Falcon had just caught a starling and landed in the drive. It took off immediatly when it saw the car, and he wasnt able to see if it was banded. I have been up and watching every morning since but I have had no luck. We often have red tails and coopers hawks here in the southeast corner of Summit County, but that was our first falcon at home. Possible one of our Akron falcons but I would like to think it could be one of the Canton kids. :lol2:
