For you Suzette. Went back through the archives for what may be the last nest visit by Mo. This was the first day all four were hatched.

The competition proves too much and he's rarely seen on camera again.

Being only half awake, with one eye on the TV and I open this up and see babies!!!!!

Well Cam is mystyeriously working now that it is getting dark....hhhmmmm...Either Cheryl was using all the broadband at work again or .....

Seriously though....looks like we missed alot of scraping today....the scrape is huge compared to this mornings' "cam operation time"....

I couldn't get it either. It looks like two scrapes now. Maybe tomorrow. Try at 6AM or 5PM cause the middle isn't so clear. Can't imagine what's wrong. :sum6:

Sorry I caused so many of you to wonder what was going on. Thanks Matrix for the look at those pictures. That was before I found you last spring. The babies had very little white fluff on them when I found them. I am so looking forward to watching them from the beginning. I saw Mystic this afternoon about 20-30 minutes ago. I have been neglecting this post, because I was having such a need for baby raptors, I have been watching Owls (including a couple of cams in the Netherlands) The bald eagles in SW Florida, a pair of cranes and I am dying to go see whaat the herons are doing. We have them here at the lake in the summer and a few times in the winter, but the only nests I know of are not close to home. Well, I have dishes to get done. Later on. Hi Suzette. Time to hid those dishes in the oven. Love is in the air.
Mystic was at the box at least 3 times today. Now that's some serious scraping.

Cheryl I got the dishes done... AND... I got to see our beautiful Mystic. I am getting SO excited. I just wish the cam would stay up more, but maybe they will have all the bugs worked out before we REALLY need to see it. I love all of the pictures, and I am really enjoying the dialog here. :impat:

Is the following OLD news or NEW news..

I was reading up on Yankee (male at U. of Buffalo~hatched at the Niagra falls nest) and stumbled across the name of the resident female at Niagra Falls.

Diamond b/r 42/H...a 2009 Hatch from this nest site?

Anyway..she nested at Niagra falls in 2011 and 2012...no reports yet for 2013!!!

It's old but I am sure New to some people...On the Canton Falcon Facebook I posted a link to another facebook page that has Diamond as their cover picture...

There are 7 offspring from Canton at monitered sites......3 USA ones and one "international" (Diamond) and 3 Canadian....
