April 1, 2013: Durand laid her fourth egg late yesterday or early today. Eggs were infertile in both 2011 and 2012. Durand's mate, Spark, appears to be incubating the eggs in the morning.

1st egg: March 19
2nd egg: March 22
3rd egg: March 24
4th egg: March 27

Spark just traded incubation duties with Durand. Looks like she could still use some practice hopping on those eggs!

Other than that it seems to have been a pretty quiet morning so far, spark on the eggs since pretty early this morning.

Durand had a brief period off the eggs, but has returned.

Warm weather is coming up! Hope Durand and Spark can take that sunlight, I hated to see Durand panting while incubating last year!

Friday I took some time off work and went up to the 40th floor of the Rhodes tower to falcon watch, but they were pretty settled on those eggs; I didn't get a chance to see one! Too bad, but I coincidentally met Rokekk there! Small world or good timing. Perhaps a bit of both!

Great updates, SGB! I have to laugh every time Spark hops on those eggs. Poor guy has his hands full with 4, I wonder how he would fare with 5! Tenacious guy, he is. Can't wait to see him raise some little falcons soon (fingers crossed)! I am sure he will be a great dad!

Thanks, anowlwithknews...and thanks for letting us know that Donna has an update....its a great comparison of the two..

Go take a look!! Sometimes we all get stumped with who is on the eggs..As always, if you are lucky enough to catch them standing, Durand sports silver "bling" on her right leg, while Spark wears basic black on his right!!!
